Shipping Damage Policy
1) We always ship in perfect boxes. Therefore there should never be signs of punctures or visible damage to the box.
2) Customer must inspect the box, if it looks like damage has occurred, REFUSE SHIPMENT. I know you want your stuff just as bad as we want to deliver it to you, but it's easier for us to make a claim for shipping damage if they have to keep the stuff till we work it out.
