Standard Warranty
ATV's - Six (6) Month Warranty on engine against any manufacturer defect and 90 days on all parts except for tires, plastic housing, bearings, seats, decals, shocks, batteries, brake pads, bands and body parts. Damage due to abuse not covered under Warranty. We do not cover labor of any kind.
Warranty Policy
The ATV's come with a owners manual and manufacture's parts warranty on factory defects. The warranty covers the engine for 6 months and all other parts for 90 days for any defects. The warranty excludes normal ware parts as follows: tires, plastic housing, bearings, seats, decals, brake pads, bands, shocks, and batteries, The warranty does not cover failures caused by accidents or collision damage, abnormal strain, neglect or abuse, improper assembly of parts, improper maintenance or use as a rental or racing. The owners manual explains how to operate and maintain your ATV. Labor not included.

Motorcycles above 50cc - Six (6) Month Warranty on engine against any manufacturer defect and 90 days on parts except tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Damage due to abuse not covered under Warranty. We do not cover labor of any kind.
Motorcycles under 50cc - / Scooters / Carts Three (3) Month Warranty on engine against any manufacturer defect and 90 days warranty on all parts except tires, brakes, batteries and body parts. Damage due to abuse not covered under Warranty. Labor not included. We do not cover labor of any kind.

If a warranted part needs replacement, send us the part that needs replacement and we will get it replaced within (two) 2 days if in stock. Labor costs are not included under Standard Warranty as well as wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. When you need to replace a part Contact Us and we will send the part within 3 days, or let you know the lead-time for the part. If the warranted part is not in stock, it could take from one to three weeks to import from Asia-USA distributor.

Our ATVs and Motorcycles are very easy to work on and with a small amount of mechanical ability you can do repairs yourself. However, if you prefer not to work on the ATV or Motorcycle, contact any local dealer who services motorcycles or scooters in your area for repairs.

Parts:
The parts on the unit are covered for 90 days. Emrockmotors, Inc. will cover replacement parts that are found to be defective in material or workmanship. If deemed necessary. the defective part might be requested to be returned pre-paid to Emrockmotors, Inc. for warranty inspection before final warranty decision will be made. (Emrockmotors submits warranty claim to the respective factory/distrbutor for approval of all warranty claims) Normal wear items such as chains, sprockets, clutches, torque converters, throttle and brake cables, brake pads, tires, battery, fasteners, and lights are not covered as they are subject to excessive wear and abuse. We do not cover labor of any kind.

Engine:
The engine and engine related components are covered for 180 days. Emrockmotors,Inc. will cover replacement parts found to be defective in material or workmanship. The defective part must be returned pre-paid to Emrockmotors, Inc. for warranty inspection before a final warranty decision will be made.(Emrockmotors submits warranty claim to the respective factory-distributor for determination of approving all warranty claims) Normal wear items such as filter, belt, spark plug, fluids, and fasteners are not covered as they are subject to excessive wear and abuse. We do not cover labor of any kind.

This warranty does not apply to any part, which in opinion of the seller was defective because of improper maintenance, improper assembly, alterations, abuse, negligence, or accident. Should warranty service be required. This warranty does not cover loss of use of the seller vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience, or other consequential damage which includes, but is not limited to, loss or damage to persons or property or any expense of returning any damaged units to the seller distributor or its authorized dealer. All warranties are voided if the vehicle has been altered for use in racing or competition, or rented. Emrockmotors, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in this warranty without notice.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. EMROCK MOTORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART. WARRANTY, SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
